Job Overview:

Defcon Innovations is looking for a talented Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build seamless, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS.

✅ UI/UX Implementation: Work with designers to convert UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing mobile interfaces.

✅ API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for data exchange and backend communication.

✅ Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and scalability of mobile applications.

✅ Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.

✅ Code Optimization: Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best coding practices.

✅ Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability.

✅ Collaboration: Work with backend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver robust applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Strong experience in Flutter & Dart development.

🔹 Proficiency in State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, or GetX).

🔹 Experience with RESTful APIs & third-party integrations (Firebase, GraphQL, etc.).

🔹 Familiarity with iOS & Android native development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.

🔹 Strong understanding of UI/UX principles & Material Design.

🔹 Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

🔹 Knowledge of SQLite, Hive, or Firebase Firestore for local and cloud data storage.

🔹 Ability to write unit & widget tests to ensure application reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

✔️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✔️ Experience with Flutter Web and Desktop development is a plus.

✔️ Familiarity with cloud functions & push notifications.
