Job Overview:
Defcon Innovations is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
✅ Client Outreach: Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to showcase our services.
✅ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts while negotiating deals with clients.
✅ Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine business strategies.
✅ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to align business growth initiatives.
✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
🔹 Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
