About the Role
Defcon is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments to develop and deliver visually impactful designs that support our brand, products, and campaigns.
As a Graphic Designer at Defcon, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from digital ads to social media graphics, branding, and product visuals. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual stories.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
- Design graphics for social media, advertising, branding, and web
- Develop creative assets aligned with company objectives
- Contribute to new concepts and creative brainstorming sessions
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
Who You Are
- You think outside the box and are both creative & rigorous
- You’re proactive with a “get it done” attitude
- You have strong problem-solving and visual communication skills
- You can work independently and manage your own creative pipeline
Your Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong portfolio of design work
- Attention to detail & creative flair

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
