Job Overview:

Defcon Innovations is looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and optimize mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.

✅ UI/UX Implementation: Work with designers to transform UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing interfaces.

✅ API Integration: Connect applications with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.

✅ Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and minimal load times.

✅ Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and compatibility issues.

✅ Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security, authentication, and app store guidelines.

✅ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends.

✅ Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver seamless applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Experience in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.

🔹 Proficiency in State Management (Provider, Bloc, Redux, or GetX).

🔹 Strong understanding of iOS & Android app development and deployment.

🔹 Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.).

🔹 Familiarity with mobile databases (SQLite, Room, Firebase Firestore).

🔹 Strong understanding of UI/UX principles & Material Design.

🔹 Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.

🔹 Knowledge of unit testing, widget testing, and debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

✔️ Knowledge of SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter Web is a plus.

✔️ Experience with push notifications and in-app purchases.

✔️ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
